Karen Hulstrom has been a resident of the Silver Valley since 1989. She is the Broker and Co-Owner of Century 21 Silver Heritage Realty in Kellogg. Karen is committed to providing professional service to her clients and customers. She continually furthers her education to better serve her clientele. Karen has obtained the following National Association of REALTORS® professional designations: Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS), Recreation & Resort Sales (RRS) in addition to receiving the Circle of Excellence Award for the last 6 years. Karen has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors for the past 17 years and serves as Director of the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service. In addition, she has been the Past President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Shoshone Board of Realtors and Past Director of the Greater Kellogg Chamber of Commerce. She was recently honored with the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year award from the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS®.
